Your Role

As a Guest Services Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests, patrons, tenants, and employees.

You will be the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries and requests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors.

  • Ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, from pre-event preparations to post-event follow-ups.

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
