**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapy Aide to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and clinicians.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of licensed clinicians, including setting up and adjusting exercise equipment, instructing and monitoring exercise performance, and assisting with prescribed home exercise programs.
* Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to cleaning and sanitation protocols, and ensuring equipment is clean and functioning properly.
* Assist with patient intake and registration, including reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing medical forms.
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
