Key Responsibilities:
As a Parts Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to assist them in obtaining the necessary parts for their machinery. Your daily tasks will include assessing customer parts requirements using various resources, including literature and computer systems, and providing recommendations for parts or services. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Self-driven with a proactive approach.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrable experience in parts sales or relevant mechanical/service background.
- Familiarity with parts inventory management.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with customers via phone and in person to promote company parts and services.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is preferred.
