About the RoleYou will play a critical role in collaborating with faculty and instructors to develop and enhance curriculum across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with faculty and instructors to design and develop comprehensive curriculum materials that align with educational standards and university goals.
- Educate and support faculty in incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) into their curriculum and lesson plans to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of AI-enhanced curriculum and suggest improvements to ensure optimal results.
- Develop digital and multimedia content to complement traditional teaching methods, ensuring content is accessible and inclusive for diverse student populations.
- Implement data-driven strategies to enhance student learning outcomes and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for curriculum initiatives.
- Master's degree in post-secondary Educational Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Strong understanding of generative AI and its applications in education.
- Proven experience in collaborating with faculty/instructors on curriculum projects.
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph REQUIRED.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms.
