About the Role

ePlus is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations team, you will be responsible for controlling, managing, and monitoring product inventory across all warehouses within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Work with various departments to optimize stock levels and order quantities, coordinate cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and audits at ePlus sites and 3PL locations.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Lead the Supply Chain side of the annual physical inventory count, review and improve 3PL inventory reporting processes, and regularly audit physical inventory counts against system records.
  • Forecasting and Demand Planning: Collaborate with Sales and Procurement to determine and validate inventory needs, play a key role in data analysis for the S&OP process, and perform other ad-hoc related projects and key analytics.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements related to inventory, manage and communicate Sarbanes-Oxley internal control documents, and maintain inventory balances to mitigate risks within the Supply Chain.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with a Warehouse Management System (preferably Koerber).
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in supply chain management, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years experience as Inventory Control Manager or equivalent.
  • Certification in Planning and/or Inventory Control and Management is preferred (e.g. CPIM, CSCP).
  • Experience managing $150M of inventory.
  • Experience in build /configure /ship-to-order environments with hardware and IT Services.
  • Experience managing multiple global facilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management best practices, industry standards, and compliance.
  • Leverage data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Power BI and Power Query expertise is a plus.
