Your Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate skill acquisition and behavior modification programs
- Conduct literature reviews to inform client-specific strategies
- Supervise the implementation of behavioral programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers
- Perform assessments to determine the need for behavioral interventions
- Provide weekly supervision for BCBA certification candidates
- Analyze assessment results and prepare graphical representations
- Write progress reports to facilitate insurance funding
- Train staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies
- Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings for client progress
- Develop goals for skill generalization
- Assist with behavior intervention plans as necessary
- Maintain and update data collection systems
- Provide ongoing support to technicians and caregivers
- Ensure timely documentation for billing purposes
- Oversee apprentices during restricted hours

Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- LABA licensure preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ABA field is preferred
- Clean background and driving record essential
