Hospice Resource Nurse Job Summary: As a Hospice Resource Nurse, you will be responsible for completing hospice admissions, assisting with visits, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. You will also manage visits, documentation, and meetings, as well as learn and utilize an electronic medical records system.
Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have a current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in good standing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team. You should also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as you will be required to travel across the service area.
