Job Overview

Farmers Market of Grapevine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
    • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Culinary Operations
    • Oversee the preparation and cooking of menu items
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
    • Provide guidance and training to ensure that all team members are equipped to perform their duties
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management
    • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and service
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role
    • Proven track record of success in menu planning, culinary operations, and team management
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
