Front End Manager

At Restaurant Depot, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front-end services, including customer service, cash handling, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front-end staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Manage cash handling and inventory procedures to minimize losses and ensure accuracy
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or retail operations
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and training staff
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in inventory management systems
