We are currently seeking a Licensing & Compliance Administrator to join our Corporate Office.

This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing all licensing requirements for the organization. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in assessing and ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain all necessary FFL/SOT/WA Dealer Licensing for the organization.
  • Administer and manage various licenses required for operations, including but not limited to business licenses, city/state permits, reseller permits, pesticide licenses, propane licenses, agricultural licenses, and DMV licenses.
  • Provide administrative assistance regarding insurance matters for the organization.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn internal software systems.
  • Prior experience and knowledge in business licensing are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
