Position Overview:
Hospitality Service Representatives serve as the initial point of interaction for our esteemed guests.
In this role, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding customer service, managing guest room allocations, and facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs. You will also handle payment transactions accurately, submit requests for housekeeping and maintenance, and contribute to creating a memorable experience for our visitors.
:Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with guests in a sincere, courteous, and professional manner.
- Manage guest room assignments and registrations, accommodating special requests whenever feasible. Oversee guest departures.
- Execute precise transactions, including cash and credit card payments.
- Conduct follow-up calls to assess guests' experiences.
- Address guest complaints and assist with inquiries related to resort services, events, directions, local attractions, and safety deposit boxes.
- Verify registration details against the system to ensure accuracy of names, payment methods, and other relevant information.
- Maintain an inventory of guest room keys as per policy and request re-keying when necessary.
- Support other front office functions during peak times or in the absence of staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
