About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic Program Management Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of multiple projects with varying requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with program leadership and task leads to track all requirements and new work
  • Support the development of execution plans and manage plan workflows and approvals
  • Draft SOPs and training guides, train task leads, and assist with forecasting the impacts of emerging requirements
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively in verbal and written form with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience with data entry, database maintenance, data tracking and analysis, and reporting
  • Experience leading projects or teams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or FEDSIM programs
  • Experience with adding new work to a contract or supporting contract modifications
  • Experience with project or program management
  • Knowledge of business processes and workflows to track program requirement requests
  • Possession of strong organizational and time management skills
  • CAPM or PMP Certification
