About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Offset Press Technician to join our team at LTi Printing, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Lead Operators: Assist in the operation of printing presses, including setup, make-ready, and print runs.
  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance tasks and clean the press and surrounding area.
  • Quality Control: Monitor ink fountains, check product quality, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Paperwork and Documentation: Complete accurate paperwork related to paper usage and documenting spoilage/waste.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a press room environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Estimated Salary Range

$50,000 - $65,000 per year (based on location and experience)
