Ironworker Rigger Journeyman

As a skilled Ironworker Rigger Journeyman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of equipment and materials on construction projects. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a leading industrial services company, Brown & Root.

• Assemble and rigging equipment to lift and move heavy loads, ensuring accurate calculations and precise execution.
• Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials, using specialized tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with crane operators and hoisting engineers to ensure safe and efficient load movement.
• Set up and maintain hoisting equipment, including cranes and winches.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and tools.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of rigging and lifting techniques, as well as safety protocols.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
