Leasing Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Morgan Properties is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Professional to join our team. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start-to-finish, working closely with the leasing team to create and build relationships with potential residents, conduct property tours, and develop innovative marketing strategies to attract new residents. You will also assist the property manager with resident relations, including assisting with the application and move-in process, addressing resident concerns, and conducting lease renewals.

Requirements:

• Strong sales and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.
  
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance.
  
• Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
