At ARCXIS, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a full-time Permit Coordinator whose primary responsibility will be to apply for City and County Permits on behalf of Contractors in California. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply online for permits or submit paperwork to the City/County Building Departments on behalf of Contractors.
  • Pick up finalized permits and submit completed documents through our web portal.
Requirements
  • A working vehicle is required.
  • A Computer, printer, and Smartphone are necessary for daily tasks.
  • Internet connectivity is essential for remote work.
  • The Permit Coordinator must be available during the opening hours of the City/County offices in your area.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to learn our system are required (we will provide training). A positive attitude and patience when interacting with City departments are also essential.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions are crucial.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
