Northwest Bank is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our retail network team as a Full-Time Teller. Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve financial wellness activity goals by identifying referral opportunities and contributing to the office's sales performance goals.
  • Provide proactive support to customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and other needs.
  • Greet customers and take ownership to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings, operations meetings, and vault balancing, as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience through delivery of North(west) star service standards, both in person, over the phone, and through email communications.
  • Adhere to security and dual control processes, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete daily tasks, demonstrating respect, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Customer service experience and cash handling skills preferred.
  • Banking and/or retail experience preferred.

Salary Range: $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. This estimate may vary based on factors such as local cost of living, market conditions, and individual qualifications.
