Job Summary

Dotty's is seeking a skilled Surveillance Technician to join our team. As a Surveillance Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining surveillance equipment, responding to systems emergencies, and assisting in the preventative maintenance of CCTV equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and Maintain Surveillance Equipment: Ensure that all surveillance equipment is properly installed, configured, and functioning correctly.
  • Respond to Systems Emergencies: Respond promptly to systems emergencies, recoveries, and outages to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Assist with Preventative Maintenance: Assist in the preventative maintenance of all casino surveillance and security surveillance CCTV equipment to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with Surveillance Security Rooms: Assist in the maintenance and installation of surveillance security rooms to ensure that all equipment is properly installed and functioning correctly.
  • Communicate with Dispatchers and Techs: Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other techs to efficiently manage open calls and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly.
  • Follow Company Policies and Procedures: Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.
  • Adhere to Company Dress Code and Timekeeping Standards: Adhere to all standards of company dress code and timekeeping standards to maintain a professional image and ensure that all work is completed on time.
  • Comply with Company Safety Standards and Practices: Comply with all company safety standards and practices to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer Networking Knowledge: General knowledge of basic computer networking principles and concepts.
  • Age and Driver's License: At least 21 years of age and a valid Nevada Driver's License.
  • DMV Printout: Clean, current DMV printout.
