Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all field coordination activities.
  • Lead weekly meetings focused on field coordination.
  • Oversee contractor adherence to schedules.
  • Ensure contractor quality assurance measures are met.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with safety regulations.
  • Gather, evaluate, and archive daily reports from contractors.
  • Manage site logistics, including access and laydown areas.
  • Facilitate functional and safety approvals.
  • Evaluate project completion for invoicing purposes.
  • Create punch lists and drive tasks to completion.
  • Demonstrated expertise in one of the following areas:
    • Mechanical systems (ventilation, dry rooms, compressed air, chilled water systems).
    • Electrical systems (15K and 480kV power distribution).
    • Architectural/Civil/Structural (experience in steel erection and clean/dry room construction).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
  • Strong background in architecture, mechanical, or electrical engineering is essential.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Construction Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive construction.
  • 1 year of experience in battery plant construction.
