Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Technical Resource: Serve as the lead technical resource on assigned projects, providing guidance and support to the project crew.
  • Project Management: Track project schedules, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with tradespeople, customers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe behavior practices, including vehicle safety, by all employees.
  • Quality Control: Develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or completion of a trade program or technical school.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or a related industry/trade.
  • Commercial HVAC Foreman Experience: Must have experience as a commercial HVAC foreman.
  • Travel and Work Schedule: Must be willing to travel and work nights.
  • Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of construction principles and practices, ability to organize tasks, use good judgment, and maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits.
