Conduct a QMS review to ensure documentation aligns with practices.
Quality Guardianship – Alert relevant production personnel/management of deviations, non-conformances, and blocked products.

Serve as a point of contact for consumer complaint investigations, continuous improvement efforts for prevention, detection, and corrective actions stemming from trends or consumer feedback for both domestic and export markets.

Quality Mastery – Support Continuous Improvement initiatives aimed at achieving zero defects. Facilitate activities to ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements and other relevant instructions and standards. Identify non-conformance issues and coordinate Quality/Food Safety risk assessments, leading/supporting investigations (GSTD) to recommend appropriate product disposition.
Quality Auditing and Verification – Prepare the Business Unit for internal and external audits. Assist with the implementation of Management of Change (MOC) as necessary. Conduct Internal Audits, including identifying findings and non-conformances related to quality, food safety, operations, maintenance, and other systems.
