Quality Inspector Role at Lippert Components

At Lippert Components, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers. As a Quality Inspector, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct final inspections on all products to ensure they meet established specifications
  • Use gauges, coordinate measuring machines, scales, and vision to inspect products
  • Generate spreadsheets for data collection and reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments
  • Interact with department management, production, and other inspectors as needed
  • Test incoming and outgoing materials and send bad products back to production for repair
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Work with the Quality Supervisor and production team to develop more efficient processes and higher quality standards
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing or industry experience
  • Quality inspection experience
  • Experience using measuring instruments
