Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee survey projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Survey Technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Support business development initiatives by preparing comprehensive proposals.
- Lead and supervise project teams on a variety of projects, regardless of size or complexity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Texas RPLS certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience as a Licensed Surveyor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Department of Transportation or Land Development projects.
- Familiarity with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D or Open Roads MicroStation.
- Knowledge of various municipalities in the region.
