Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee survey projects, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to Survey Technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Support business development initiatives by preparing comprehensive proposals.
  • Lead and supervise project teams on a variety of projects, regardless of size or complexity.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Texas RPLS certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience as a Licensed Surveyor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Department of Transportation or Land Development projects.
  • Familiarity with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D or Open Roads MicroStation.
  • Knowledge of various municipalities in the region.
