Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
1. Conduct interviews with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and document their requirements for optimizing their Unifier implementation.
2. Relay the documented needs to data engineers, software developers, and Unifier administrators.
3. Analyze processes from other systems and facilitate their integration into Unifier.
4. Support team members in testing and validating Unifier enhancements.
5. Create Technical Architecture Diagrams to represent system frameworks.
6. Interpret Unifier API documentation and collaborate with SMEs from other IT systems to ensure effective data integration and mapping.
7. Develop Unifier Business Processes and User Defined Reports.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in technology or relevant certifications (e.g., Primavera Unifier Implementation Consultant).
- Over 5 years of experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Unifier.
- Proficiency in Unifier's front-end usage and administration.
- Strong SQL skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of Unifier's data architecture and the ability to enhance its performance.
- A proven track record of collaborating with clients to implement Oracle Unifier effectively.
- The capability to balance detailed tasks with high-level strategic thinking.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience
We value candidates with:
- Background in the construction industry related to business processes or project management.
- Experience in the technology sector concerning software implementations and administration.
- Customer service experience in software support.
- Familiarity with construction project management systems (e.g., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma).
- Advanced SQL and/or Python programming skills.
