We are seeking a skilled Cardio Diagnostics Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Cherry Hill. As a Cardio Diagnostics RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our cardiovascular services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to manage their conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to enhance patient care and services.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of Cardio Diagnostics Nursing experience.
