Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified part-time Mathematics Professor to join our team at Central Texas College. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics courses and providing high-quality instruction to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Mathematics courses, including Contemporary Mathematics, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Statistics, Finite Math, Business Calculus, PreCalculus, Calculus, and Linear Algebra.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay current with developments in Mathematics education and incorporate best practices into teaching.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education with a minimum of eighteen graduate level semester hours in Mathematics required.
  • Three years teaching in the College Mathematics level preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a high level of verbal and writing skills as well as computational skills.
