Our Business Managers are also responsible for strategizing and executing plans to achieve sales and productivity objectives.
What We Offer:

Compensation and Work Schedule:
- Base salary: $52,500 per year, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business through collaboration with the Wholesale Operations Sales Manager and other resources
- Monitor and analyze monthly sales performance against targets, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Acquire and retain customers to meet revenue and profit goals
- Provide market reports on a bi-weekly basis as requested
- Engage with dealers to communicate incentive programs and identify areas for improvement
- Travel within the sales territory to explore business opportunities, spending approximately 75% of time in the field
- Coordinate sales and promotional initiatives within the market
- Conduct training sessions with dealers to enhance product knowledge
- Exhibit strong, consistent behavior aligned with company goals
- Safeguard the company's brand equity and reputation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in retail automotive operations or a related field
- Prior sales experience, ideally in a retail or automotive context
- Comprehensive understanding of the sales process
- Strong communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills effectively
- Commitment to continuous training and staying updated on industry trends
- Valid driver's license required
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
