Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medication Aide to join our team at Harrison Springs Health Campus. As a Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration, including resident charts and medication logs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
Requirements
  • Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
  • Experience working in a long-term care or home care setting (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
