We are seeking a skilled Hospital Medicine specialist to join our team at SCP Health. This position offers an excellent opportunity for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to provide high-quality inpatient care.

About the Role
  • 100 inpatient beds are available for care and management.
  • The hospital utilizes Epic as its Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • This is a non-procedure required role.
  • An open ICU environment ensures collaborative care with sub-specialty support teams.
  • A 7 on / 7 off schedule provides work-life balance.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Physicians must hold Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Nurse Practitioners should have ACNP and AGACNP certifications, preferably with at least 1 year of HM experience.
  • Physician Assistants are preferred to have at least 1 year of HM experience.

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated annual salary range of $220,000-$280,000 based on experience and qualifications.
