Overview: SCP Health, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a skilled Hospital Medicine Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a Level I Trauma Center and Teaching Hospital with 1,133 inpatient beds. As a member of our care team, you will have access to Epic EMR system and sub-specialty support.

The ideal candidate will be board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. We welcome H1B and J1 waiver visa candidates and offer a competitive salary. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $220,000.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Hospital Medicine Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines. You will also have opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth and development of our hospital's medicine department.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be proficient in Epic EMR system and have experience working in a similar setting. A degree in ACNP or AGACNP certification with at least 1 year of HM experience is preferred but not required.
