About the Role

The Maintenance Person is a vital member of our restaurant team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our interior and exterior spaces. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain a clean and safe cooking environment
  • Maintaining the outside grounds, including landscaping and trash removal
  • Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Taking out and emptying the trash compactor to maintain a clean and odor-free environment
  • Changing light bulbs to ensure adequate lighting throughout the restaurant
  • Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris to maintain a safe and clean environment
