Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the manual lifting and movement of products to ensure accurate restocking and repacking, with a focus on date code accuracy and proper inventory rotation.
  • Supervise the selection and staging of trailers for loading and transport, ensuring compliance with temperature control standards and proficient operation of refrigeration equipment.
  • Enforce adherence to good manufacturing practices and safety protocols within the warehouse.
  • Monitor productivity levels and ensure team members meet established performance requirements.
  • Coordinate the staging of completed pallets in designated areas for efficient processing.
  • Manage additional projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a distribution warehouse or similar environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, as the operation runs 24/7.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to repetitively lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience operating manual or powered pallet jacks.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is mandatory.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Possession of a Certified Forklift License is advantageous.
  • One year of Class A commercial driving experience is a plus.
