About the RoleThis Registered Nurse position is a critical part of our team, responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive care for designated patients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering quality patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Current RN license in Alabama or Multi-State RN License in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) for Alabama
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required in certain areas
- Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate comprehensive care for designated patients to ensure quality of care and continuity of care delivery
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
