Job Title: Regional Manager

Job Summary:

The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of our regional centers, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, resources, and budgets, as well as developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of budgeting, store sales, production, property equipment management, and work therapy assignments.
  • Oversee the financial management of the center, including budget preparation and daily management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, including Regional Managers, Store Managers, Warehouse Managers, Transportation Supervisors/Dispatchers, and Maintenance staff.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or one of the industrial arts and sciences.
  • Five years of experience in industry with duties including production scheduling, supervision, and recruitment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive TSA vehicles.
  • Forklift certification and ability to operate a forklift.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a typical warehouse/office/store environment. Full-time position; will require weekend and evening hours.
