Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Provide support to establish financial model structure, collect historic data, and develop financial projections
Create and apply industry-leading solutions to the most challenging strategic and organizational issues facing our clients
Keep apprised of projects to ensure critical milestones are met, timelines are adhered to, and changes are properly communicated
Schedule client meetings, draft agendas, take and circulate meeting notes, and fulfill other client management support roles
Build presentations and completed work product to be presented to clients and Board members
Requirements:

Highly intelligent and intellectually curious
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills
Solid technical and analytical computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other analytical tools
Self-motivated; ability to take initiative on assigned project components
Excellent interpersonal skills and good presentation skills
A career-motivated professional who is energetic and possesses a superb work ethic
A high degree of integrity and strong moral and ethical standards
Willingness and ability to travel, sometimes on short notice, on a limited basis
Education:
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a concentration in business, finance, accounting, analytics, economics, and/or healthcare administration is strongly preferred
Work Environment:
This role is based in Chicago and requires occasional travel. Work is regularly performed in a combination of office, home office, and client settings, and routinely uses standard office equipment. It may require the maintenance of a home office and proximity to an airport for work-related travel
