Salary Range: $54 - $60 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities
The RN Patient Care Manager - Hospice collaborates with the Executive Administrator/Executive Director/Director of Clinical Operations to oversee all patient care activities, ensuring the provision of safe and effective care that aligns with accepted nursing standards, regulatory guidelines, and payer criteria.
- Accountable for adherence to hospice policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations governing the assigned team’s practice.
- Proactively promotes and directs the assigned team in maintaining high-quality care and patient safety.
- Engages in comprehensive problem-solving and complaint resolution.
- Conducts training sessions for staff to enhance patient health and safety, familiarize them with regulatory requirements, and address any identified educational needs.
- A minimum of 4 years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse or equivalent is required.
License Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice along with one year of clinical experience.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transit.
