Electronics Calibration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled electronics technician with a strong technical background to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronics and instrumentation, as well as excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform calibrations with primary standards and measurement and test equipment (M&TE) per prescribed work instructions.
  • Prepare required documentation and maintain associated records.
  • Convey data and trends on product calibrations to appropriate personnel or departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and escalate unusual product issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain all standards and M&TE.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical problems, as well as perform maintenance services on measurement equipment or components returned to the service center by customers.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Troubleshooting experience from school or hands-on work.
  • Understanding of basic metrology concepts is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Good attitude.
