Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a diverse group of engineers, designers, and technicians to foster collaboration and enhance performance.
  • Project Oversight: Manage the complete lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and industry standards.
