Your goal will be to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement recreational activities for residents
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the activity program
  • Provide support to residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident-centered care
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing environment or with elderly populations
  • Experience in activity programming
  • Experience with dementia care or long-term care
