Job Summary:

As a Barista at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the financial goals of our daily operations. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food to our guests, ensuring the highest quality of product and service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare beverages according to standard operating procedures, maintaining control costs and providing a consistent product to our guests.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, setting up the bar and back bar according to established procedures.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner, following up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Perform pre and post-shift side work, including stock service station and making coffee.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, preferably as a Barista.
  • An incredibly friendly and customer-centric attitude, with a love for smiling and providing a positive experience for our guests.
  • A professional image at all times, through appearance and dress.
