Overview

What Sets Us Apart

We offer a supportive and rewarding work atmosphere, extensive training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), assistance for student loans to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and learning.

Compensation and Schedule

Starting at $23.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with shifts from 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities

Work under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, collect and record data to monitor progress of treatment plans, and provide support to children with autism.

Qualifications

Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help children with autism achieve their goals. Ability to work independently and collaborate with others. High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. 6+ months experience working with children preferred. Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
