Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the preliminary project scope, budget, and timeline. Supervise all facets of the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks, specifications, and project criteria.
  • Formulate and execute operational strategies for project fulfillment, holding yourself and your team accountable for deliverables. Track project advancement and performance metrics.
  • Engage with diverse engineering and design teams to foster relationships and secure essential resources.
  • Draft proposals, client contracts, and agreements with sub-consultants. Oversee project contracts and financials, including budget assessments, client billing, and collections.
  • Distribute resources, assign responsibilities, and guarantee project objectives are achieved. Identify and resolve operational challenges.
  • Review and assess engineering designs, specifications, studies, construction documents, and quality assurance processes. Ensure precision and consistency of plans and technical specifications.
  • Develop and manage review timelines, document changes, and provide recommendations. Prepare additional agreements for scope modifications, including adjustments to budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the construction inspection team to arrange site evaluations, analyze reports, and conduct site visits. Address design challenges during the construction phase.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and clients, addressing inquiries and anticipating client requirements. Cultivate strong client relationships and partake in business development initiatives.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor a small team of engineers, technical staff, and administrative personnel throughout the project lifecycle. Provide direct oversight or support to supervisors by offering performance feedback and assisting with technical growth and talent acquisition.
