Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at The Spice & Tea Exchange - Corporate. As an integral member of our IT Team, you will provide IT Service Management support to our growing Franchise System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our Retail POS system, credit card terminals, and other integrated systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and networks, including VoIP, cloud-based systems, and local printer installations.
  • Monitor system performance and internet connectivity to ensure a secure operating environment.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operation of IT systems.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network operating systems, hardware, and support.
  • 2-4 years of experience in resetting POS systems, passwords, and supporting general business operations.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and infrastructure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
