Key Responsibilities- Perform assembly, weld, x-ray, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, electronic systems, and related medical device assemblies.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date job documentation for cell operations and functions.
- Collaborate with manufacturing management to resolve issues and improve production processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and profitability metrics.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure traveler and quality documents are accurate.
- High School Diploma / GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a medical or regulated production environment.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
- Understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
