Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly, weld, x-ray, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, electronic systems, and related medical device assemblies.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date job documentation for cell operations and functions.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing management to resolve issues and improve production processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and profitability metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure traveler and quality documents are accurate.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a medical or regulated production environment.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures.
  • Understanding of electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
