Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our Care Team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to our senior adult and disabled clients in the comfort of their own homes. If you are a caring and reliable individual with a passion for making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement
  • Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking, and laundry
  • Assist with mobility and walking
  • Provide toileting and personal hygiene assistance
  • Remind clients of medication
  • Assist with routine transfers
  • Provide bathing and showering assistance
  • Transport clients and run errands
Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart or Red Cross)
  • Certificate showing Negative for TB
  • Valid driver's license
  • Photocopy of Social Security Card
  • Current proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • CNA License or completed HHA Competency test
  • Federal fingerprinting requirement
  • Physical
  • Bank slip or screenshot from your account with routing and account numbers
