At Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality in-home health services to our clients and their families. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Home Health Aide to provide care and support to our senior adult and disabled clients in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including meal preparation, clean-up, homemaking, mobility assistance, and personal hygiene assistance. You will also be responsible for transporting clients to appointments and running errands.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement.
  • Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking, and laundry.
  • Assist with mobility and walking.
  • Provide kitchen and bathroom maintenance.
  • Assist with toileting and personal hygiene.
  • Remind clients to take medication.
  • Assist with routine transfers.
  • Provide bathing and showering assistance.
  • Transport clients to appointments and run errands.

Requirements:
  • CPR/First Aid certification (American Heart or Red Cross).
  • Certificate showing Negative for TB.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Photocopy of Social Security Card.
  • Current proof of auto insurance.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • CNA License or completed HHA Competency test.
  • Federal fingerprinting requirement.
  • Physical.
  • Bank slip or screenshot from your account with the routing and account numbers.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a caregiver in a home environment with at least two (2) verifiable references.
