Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide software, hardware, and networking support for various devices, including PCs, networks, servers, and peripherals.
- Maintenance and Support: Perform maintenance and support on legacy products, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain PCs, networks, servers, and peripherals, ensuring they are functioning correctly.
- Testing and Certification: Test and certify devices and applications, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction and meet Service Level Agreements, providing exceptional service to clients.
- Technical Experience: 2-3 years of technical experience, with a strong understanding of Windows 7, Lenovo Hardware, Apple, Troubleshooting, Software Installs, and Networking.
- Qualifications: Journeyman position for desk side support technicians, with the ability to apply personal knowledge to address complex technical issues.
- Pay Rate: $21.43-$25.00 per hour.
- Duration: 9 months.
