AERMOR LLC is on the lookout for skilled professionals to fill the role of an Information System Security Specialist (Level II). This position requires expertise in crafting essential documentation for the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and navigating the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

Note: This is not a remote position.

Essential Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Technical or Management field. Alternatively, ten (10) or more years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a formal degree.
  • Possession of a current U.S. Government issued, active Top Secret/SCI Level Security Clearance.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Security Test and Evaluation (T&E), or Assessment and Authorization (A&A), including:
  1. Creating operational procedures, process documentation, user agreements, and system-level RMF Control Family Plans along with test protocols tailored to operating system configurations.
  2. Selecting Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).
  3. Executing and validating implementation processes.
  4. Conducting Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans.
  5. Managing scan and residual risk plans within the Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM).
  • Certification in information system security, such as CAP; CASP+CE; CISM; CISSP (or Associate); GSLC; CCISO.
  • Intermediate or Advanced proficiency level in the DoD Cyberspace Workforce (DCWF) Qualification and Management Program.
