Customer Service Manager - Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our manufacturing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales support, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Customer Service Team to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Partner with Senior Leadership and Sales teams to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Manage complex customer complaints and service issues
  • Plan, prioritize, and delegate work tasks to optimize workflow
  • Develop and maintain customer service performance metrics
  • Implement strategies to ensure error-free data entry of customer orders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 5+ years of proven leadership in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in Wood Manufacturing a plus
