Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Enprotech. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain operations, supporting efficient project execution, and enhancing strategic decision-making through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights
    • Perform cost-benefit analyses to support procurement and supply chain decisions
  • Process Optimization
    • Evaluate and enhance supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely project delivery
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and streamline workflow
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for ongoing and upcoming projects while minimizing excess stock
    • Coordinate with suppliers and project managers to align inventory with project schedules and demands
  • Supplier Coordination
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply of materials and services
    • Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable conditions
    • Support the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process by preparing RFQs, contacting suppliers, and following up with additional questions to gather necessary information
  • Risk Management
    • Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity
    • Monitor and respond to disruptions in the supply chain, including delays, shortages, and quality issues
  • Project Support
    • Provide analytical support for project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with supply chain capabilities and constraints
    • Assist in the development of project timelines and resource allocation plans
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, information technology, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, IT, or a related role, preferably in a project-based environment
    • Experience with data analysis and process optimization
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
    • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software)
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Technical proficiency, especially in IT systems and software relevant to supply chain operations
